Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West thought everything must be free, or they are totally broke. The famous couple refused to pay the bill after their short stay at Castle Oliver in Limerick, Ireland.
According to Radar Online, Kim and Kanye refused to pay the $20,000 they racked up. However, Gossip Cop disputes this claim. They report that Kim and Kanye did pay.
First, Radar Online's story facts. A source told Radar Online that the newly married couple packed up after dinner. Allegedly, the castle was “too big” and worse yet, they didn’t have a strong cell phone signal. Therefore, they left and went to Co Laois to stay at the Ballyfin House.
Hotel insiders said that while Kim and Kanye stayed at the castle, they had special things ordered to satisfy their lavish demands. The couple, who allegedly paid for everything with an American Express card, reversed the deposit.
An insider told Radar Online, “Everyone is shocked to say the least. The castle is out a fortune on their honeymoon. It is absolutely awful. They made all these requests ahead of their visit, for certain foods, champagnes, thousands in flowers, candelabras everywhere. The hotel brought in everything they requested, and there were dozens of items. But then they took back all the money they had paid for them!”
The reason they could reverse the charges after they paid for everything is that they used a “High-level credit card.” This entitles them to get their money back any time they want.
It wasn't just the hotel employees that Kim and Kanye stiffed. It was anyone who provided a service to Kim and Kanye. The people wanted them to have the best honeymoon ever.
The source ended with, “It’s insane! We’re talking about one of the richest couples in they entertainment business refusing to pay the bill for their honeymoon. It would have been a dream honeymoon for anyone else in the world, and they should just have the decency to pay their bill.”
The Gossip Cop agrees that Kim and Kanye did have a brief stay at the castle. However, they state that the reason the couple checked out was because, “The original place was not as expected.” The interned didn’t work, there was no heat, and the pipes were exposed, are just a few of the complaints that the honeymoon couple had.
They allege that Kim and Kanye paid for “whatever they ordered in advance.”
Gossip Cop said that a Castle Oliver rep confirmed the account. “We have been paid for this booking and any expenses that occurred.”
