According to a source, “On Friday, Johnny sent Victor a disgusting, hateful email which violated the no contact order as part of the temporary restraining order he got last week.”

Victor filed the violation report on March 24 with the police in Rutherford, New Jersey. The case will be heard on March 26, 2014 to determine whether Johnny violated the restraining order or not. The source went on to say, “Johnny could be in very serious legal trouble if the judge finds him in contempt for violating terms of the temporary restraining order.”

Earlier this month, the couple went to court over a domestic dispute in which Victor claims Johnny bit him. He even showed the police the mark that Johnny inflicted on him.

Johnny explained the incident to Access Hollywood. He alleges that Victor doesn’t like it that Johnny is gone so much of the time. He came into their bedroom very intoxicated and wanted intimacy. Johnny refused his request and the couple fought.

When the case went to court, Victor asked the judge to dismiss it. At that time, Victor and Johnny appeared to have forgiven each other. The judge dismissed the case.

It seems that is when Johnny tweeted his followers that he was divorcing Victor. Then last week, Victor obtained a temporary restraining order against Johnny.

The details of the email have not been made public yet.
