Get ready folks, the 9th Annual Dick Gelfman “Ride Across Maryland” is quickly approaching. The dates for this year's ride are Saturday, May 30th through Monday, June 2nd.
The “Ride Across Maryland” is a charity event, raising money for the "Susan G. Komen for the Cure" fight against breast cancer. To date, the “Ride Across Maryland” has donated over 1.4 million dollars to this important cause.
The main ride begins with an opening ceremony and departs from the Columbia Mall at approximately 8:45 am. Click here to see other departure locations and times. The final destination is the Francis Scott Key Hotel in Ocean City.
There will be live entertainment and plenty to do over the weekend. Click here to see a schedule of events. Vendors will be selling goods and the Maryland Motorcycle Safety Program will be demonstrating their new SMARTrainer.
