After months of anticipation, gamers finally have the chance to dive into the action of “Battlefield 4.” An article published on EA.com reports that DICE officially launched “Battlefield 4” on Tuesday, Oct. 29.
The “Battlefield” gaming series began in 2002, and there has been a total of 12 titles released to date. “Battlefield 4” is the first in the series to run on the new “frostbite 3” game engine and is said to feature the most dynamic game play yet.
“Battlefield 4” is available on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. It is also available on next generation consoles like PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. EA.com reports that if you plan to play “Battlefield 4” on an older generation console you can upgrade to the compatible next-gen console for just $9.99.
In celebration of the launch of BF4, EA and DICE have released a brand new multiplayer game trailer that is viewable on YouTube.
