Greg decides to start hanging out with a boy named Fregley, but things between the two of them don't go as well as Greg had planned.

After Greg joins the Yearbook Club, he finds out the photos he has taken are not as good as he thinks they are.

To make matters worse, Greg's extended family members are still focused on finding his Meemaw's lost ring.

Greg's mother consults books when she has a problem. Greg consults a Magic 8 Ball. Sometimes this works to his advantage, and sometimes it doesn't.
