Diane Lane gets a divorce from Josh Brolin after eight and a half years of marriage, reports Yahoo! News on Feb. 21, 2013. "Diane Lane and Josh Brolin have decided to end their marriage," said a representative. The 48-year-old Lane and the 45-year-old Brolin, who married in 2004, have both been married twice.
The couple's marriage has not been without public troubles. Not everyone's hubby gets arrested, but that's exactly what happened to Brolin back in Dec. 2004, four months after his wedding day in August of that year. "There was a misunderstanding at their home" yesterday. Diane called the police. Josh ended up being arrested for the lowest-end misdemeanor charge of domestic battery," their rep told the media. "Diane did not want to press charges and asked them not to arrest him, but in cases involving the possibility of any physical contact, the police have to arrest first, ask questions later. They are home together and are embarrassed the matter went this far."
In 2008, Brolin was arrested again for an alleged altercation in Shreveport, La. Then, at the start of 2013 on New Year's Day, the "Gangster Squad" actor was arrested, yet again, for public intoxication in Santa Monica, Calif.
