Actress Diane Lane and actor Josh Brolin had a much different version of Valentine's Day this year as that was the day that Lane signed the divorce papers finalizing their separation.
According to People, a source close to the couple released a statement on their relationship. "They've been separated for several months. This was a hard decision for both of them to make."
The source later added "The relationship just ran its course."
As they married back in 2004 they have both been struggling with what is certainly not an easy separation. Brolin was reportedly arrested on New Years Eve 2013 for public intoxication, but he was released without charge.
The couple admitted to getting off to a rocky start after they wed, but apparently in 2005 they got it together. However, in February 2013 they decided to call it quits.
