Diamond Select Toys (DST) in a press release today and on their Facebook page announced that the latest in their successful Marvel Select line has hit stores. After years of demands collectors can finally pick up the original Venom, Eddie Brock, in comic book and specialty stores. Spiderman's nemesis has been designed and sculpted by Jean St. Jean and comes to you in oversized collector packaging.
Venom includes an assortment of interchangeable heads and hands instead of a character specific base like most figures in the Marvel Select line. This allows you to recreate most of the character's iconic looks from over the years. You can choose between his classic grinning head, a McFarlane style style head with removable tounge, a mid transformation head revealing Eddie Brock's face and a head based on the character's appearance in the miniseries "Venom: Madness".
Marvel Select's Venom clocks in at over 8 inches tall and features sixteen well placed points of articulation. Due to his variable size in the comics this figure will fit in great with both other Marvel Select releases and the smaller scaled Marvel Legends toys by Hasbro.
