Diamond Branch helps with medicare and healthcare enrollment this Saturday

The realm of healthcare has become much more complex over the years, leaving many citizens confused, ill-informed, or simply unaware of crucial changes and deadlines. Beginning this Saturday at the Oakland Public Library’s Diamond Branch, get help with enrolling in Medicare and other healthcare plans that may be related to the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) during a three-part series on that runs throughout the remainder of 2014 on selected Saturdays.

Facilitated by Denise Lombard, a seasoned health, long-term care, disability and life insurance specialist, this important, three-session program focuses on answering essential questions regarding healthcare and healthcare providers. Additionally, Ms. Lombard will also guide Oakland locals through the enrollment programs for which they qualify.
