There is a unique pizza place now in the west valley. People from Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania already know what great pizza Di Carlos has to offer. Di Carlo’s Pizza was born on the east coast back in 1945 is family owned and is now in Litchfield Park!
The pizza is unique because the fresh made dough and sauce are the only items on the pizza that are cooked. The dough is cooked until crisp and the sauce until bubbling. Then choose from any of their fresh ingredients to put on the pizza. Add the shredded PROVOLONE cheese cold; and you have the freshest pizza possible. The cheese melts and the toppings warm from the heated sauce and crust.
Di Carlos is located on Dysart and Indian School in the Albertsons shopping plaza. It is a very small space but does offer a few tables or a pizza counter to sit at. If you just want to pick up a pizza to bring home, stop in for a beer or wine and Mick will make your pizza while you wait. By the time you arrive home the cheese is all melted and your toppings are heated.
Di Carlos also offers calzones, sandwiches, salads, and appetizers.
