DHL Global to set up free trade warehousing zone in India

DHL’s freight forwarding division, DHL Global Forwarding, will spend 10 million USD (approx 46 Core INR) in free trade warehousing zone at Sriperumbudur, Tamilnadu which will be a new type of investment in Free Trade Warehousing Zone in India.

According to company’s executive the construction will start in this week and will be prepared by November, 2010.

DHL Global Forwarding aims to provide customer the advantage of duty free zone with excellence quality infrastructure.

DHL has such a facility in Singapore and Jebel Ali.  This New facility will act like a one-stop-shop for all of logistics requirement of customers and customers can refer this new facility for inbound and outbound logistics requirements.
