Ice
Place large cube of ice in rocks glass and pour in Dewar’s 12.

3 parts Dewar’s White Label
2-1/2 parts Martini & Rossi Rosso Vermouth
2 dashes of bitters
2 dashes of simple syrup
1 cherry
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.

DEWAR’S Extension
1-1/2 parts Dewar’s White Label
1/2 part Cointreau Liqueur
1 part sweet and sour mix
Chill all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Strain. Serve straight up in a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry or orange wedge.

3 parts Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale
Fill a pint glass with ice and add Dewar’s. Top with Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale. Garnish with an orange wedge.
