Hey America, it's 2013 -- time to wake up and rock. January is almost half way through and Dessa is the mini-tour to catch. The shows have been selling out and the field reports have all been fantastic.
Dessa has been described as a philosopher, a rapper, and a poet while her vocals have a Mos Def style of smoothness.
Believe me, you don't want to look back on how this year started only to see a void where their could have been memories of superb live music.
