Despite 'no party' assurances, Lindsay Lohan bedraggled over New Year's holiday

Despite assurances that there would be no New Year's Eve partying, it seems that Lindsay Lohan -- along with her mother Dina -- partied hearty in London on Sunday and Monday nights.

That's right, it appears the partying started early, on Sunday night. According to a report, the pair started their New Year's Eve celebration early when they visited C London restaurant on Sunday night. They both appeared to have somewhat glazed eyes when they left the chic restaurant, located in the heart of London's Mayfair district.

Dina, in fact, even stumbled and had to have help staying upright.

LiLo, on the other hand, looked strangely out of it while speaking to a female friend during the dinner, and when leaving the restaurant, the troubled actress appeared to have a vacuous look as she stared at photographers' cameras with her long red hair disheveled.

Monday was no better for LiLo. She was caught looking harried and haggard before the ball even dropped. Images of her entering the posh Dorchester hotel showed her looking bedraggled, and definitely the worse for wear. Perhaps all the partying is finally getting to the 26-year-old.

She was reported looking bloated, with her face puffy, and her red hair no better arranged than on Sunday night. In fact, it was said to be straggly and arranged in a messy pony tail.

Originally, she said she wouldn't party for New Year's, and although Lindsay Lohan didn't give any reasons, it was thought she was trying to portray a squeaky-clean image ahead of her court hearing in mid-January.

She faces up to eight months in jail if she is found guilty of violating her probation for her earlier necklace theft case; she allegedly lied to police in the summer of 2012 when she said she was not driving when she got into an accident on the Pacific Coast Highway.
