Despite more than $200 in pledges, sweet Olive is sick and alone at SC shelter

This is an update on Olive, who is in sick hold at the high kill Greenville shelter. More information can be found on this Facebook thread.

The shelter in Greenville, South Carolina is full. This sweet baby may only have a few days left. Not only for being on the kill list, but because she could die from the upper respiratory infection.

Olive now has over $200 in pledges for a rescue to take her. Her pull fee has also been paid. So not only does she have her bail paid, Olive has some spending money to help out whoever will save her from certain death.

GCACS is full, and sick cats and the ones who have been there the longest are at the greatest risk. Don't believe for a minute that her cute face will save her life. It won't. I have a Pinterest board showing where dozens of cats at the shelter are no longer up for rescue or adoption.
