It has been days since Lynn Whetsell has seen her two Labrador retrievers, Lucy and Belle.
The dogs, just one year of age, disappeared from Whetsell's property in Bowman, S.C., one week ago, and neither have been seen since.
Since the dogs vanished, their family has engaged in a desperate search, which includes people on the ground, and even, in the air. Days ago, the family hired an airplane, and then a helicopter to search from above, but alas, nothing was found.
Nobody has seen hide nor hair of the beautiful dogs, leading Whetsell to believe that they may have been picked up by someone and possibly moved out of the area.
The dogs disappeared near Interstate 26 and Interstate 95. The proximity to the two interstates means that if someone picked them up by car, they could be literally anywhere by now.
