Desiree Hartsock caught Bachelor Sean Lowe's eye from the get-go during his season of looking for love. However, he sent the sweet bridal stylist home following her hometown date, and ultimately chose Catherine. As Hartsock's fans know, she went on to find love with Chris Siegfried during her own season. Since everyone is appearing to live happily-ever-after, there doesn't seem to be any hard feelings between anyone whatsoever. However, with Sean and Catherine's televised wedding on the way, fans are wondering if Des will be one among the guests in attendance. According to a Wetpaint article dated Weds. Jan. 15, Hartsock will be there to watch their I-Do's.
The much anticipated wedding that everyone is talking about will take place live on ABC on Sun. Jan. 26. Reportedly, Des will be bringing fiance Chris along.
“Desiree is coming,” a source confirms to Wetpaint.
When Wetpaint spoke to her in October, she said there was one major thing standing in the way of her being there.
“We haven’t been invited yet,” Des explained, “but if we are then we will definitely support them and go.”
Evidently, an invite has since happened. However, Wetpaint goes on to say that it wasn't Sean and Catherine's request that Des come.
“It was ABC's,” the source confides. “They like having all their ‘success stories’ at major events like these and Des and Chris are the latest ones.”
Nonetheless, the source went on to say, “Both Des and Sean are very happy in their own relationships. There are absolutely zero feelings left between them. They’re just happy for each other.”
Clearly, Sean and Catherine are feeling extra secure in their relationship. Lesley Murphy (who also vied for Sean's heart) will be one of Catherine's bridesmaids.
Des and Chris and Lesley aren't the only former contestants to attend the big nuptials. The guest list also reportedly includes Trista and Ryan Sutter (Bachelorette 1), Ashley and J.P. Rosenbaum (Bachelorette 7), Jason and Molly Mesnick (Bachelor 13), Deanna (Bachelorette 4) and Stephen Stagliano, Juan Pablo Galavis (Bachelor 18), Arie Luyendyk, Jr. (Bachelorette 8), Jef Holm (Bachelorette 8), John Wolfner (Bachelorette 8), Charlie Grogan (Bachelorette 8) and Daniella McBride (Bachelor 17).
Sean and Catherine's wedding is history in the making - it will be the first ever live bachelor/bachelorette wedding. Of course, millions of viewers are expected to tune in. Will you be among those watching Sean and Catherine tie the knot?
