The countdown is on for former "The Bachelorette" star Desiree Hartsock's wedding to Chris Siegfried. On Sunday, August 3, about a year after her TV engagement, Des posted two photos to her Instagram account showing off her beautiful bridal shower.

Des, who lives in Seattle with Chris, flew back to the Los Angeles area a few days ago to have a fun bridal shower weekend with her girl friends. One photo shows her standing in front of a table spread full of food and flowers. Des is wearing a flowy, short white dress and brown gladiator heels. Tucked into her hair, which is pinned back on one side and left loose around her face on the other, are orange and red flowers that match the party's color scheme. Behind the table, flower heads spell out "YUM" on the wall.

In another photo, Des stands in the middle of all of her friends while holding out her hand to show off her engagement ring. Her friends playfully point at her ring. This time, they're standing in front of a poster of flower heads that seem to spell out "FIZ."

The photos prompted many fans to ask her when the wedding is. Des' bridal shower likely means that she and Chris are getting married soon. Yet just last month, Chris admitted to a fan that they have yet to set a wedding date. Perhaps they have since decided on a date? If they have selected a date, they have chosen not to announce it to fans just yet.

Another thing that is unclear is whether the wedding will be televised. In mid-July, the man behind "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" spoiler website Reality Steve stated that he's hearing that ABC will not televise Des and Chris' wedding, although he's not sure exactly why it won't. Of course, Reality Steve has been wrong about Des before. Before her run on "The Bachelorette" began, he reported that she was engaged to Brooks Forester, when in reality he took himself out of the competition after the hometown dates.

Whenever Desiree Hartsock does marry Chris Siegfried, her wedding dress will likely be spectacular and fit her like a glove. After all, she is a wedding dress designer.
