Targeted Veteran
Decorated, disabled grandfather in a wheelchair, U.S. Army veteran with sterling service record in and out of the military is a Targeted Individual facing in mid-January deportation for possible further injury and death in his native country's increasingly U.S.-destablized environment due to the "911 Big Lie."
The emailed account about the veteran in a wheelchair that his wife sent to this writer to report their persecution did not indicate a Targeted Individual. Closer look at the case, however, revealed those same mean-spirited, life-ruining, tell-tale signs of government sanctioned targeting that permanently disabled him, justified in the name of 911, a false flag.
Over-achiever, missing time, ongoing unexplained persecution since 2001, occupied parked cars in front of his house, missing mail, physical attacks, and frivolous legal proceedings reflect the word "Targeted," as evidenced in on-line groups, conference calls and emails to this writer. The veteran has experienced all of these human rights violations - and more.
"My husband is a decorated disabled veteran and is being railroaded to deportation on irrelevant, out of jurisdiction, frivolous, and out of context wildly exaggerated speculations," read an email sent to the writer from the veteran's wife.
A surge in reporting Targeted Individuals after 2001 has been steadily increasing, exhibited by online reports. Since September 11, 2001, the U.S. government has engaged in an "unexplained, ruthless persecution" of the legal U.S. resident couple, according to their advocate, Rebecca Campbell.
Over-achievements
"We love our country and have served as unpaid volunteer and youth coordinator with American Red Cross and volunteer with Ready Reserve in the Fire Department, Habitat for Humanity, and others, giving thousands of hours of time and efforts and continue to serve our Nation," the veteran's wife told the writer.
Facts are that this woman's husband:
- Has been coming to the U.S. legally, his first visits in the 90's.
- Has broken no US laws, not even a traffic ticket.
- Has been left permanently disabled in a wheelchair from serving his country, the U.S.
-
Has qualified for citizenship on numerous grounds, not the least being "married to US citizen," (their tenth anniversary is next month).
The co uple applied for citizenship under his qualified military service in 2003 and again in 2004, which enjoys special privileges and by law is supposed to be expedited.
They have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. They do not want to be torn apart from there family.
The problem?
The veteran's name is Muhammad.
He is also an over-achiever, the kind of person once respected in the good old days before fascism pierced its claws into America's soul and too many people lost hope.
Campbell writes:
"Soon after long-term legal Pakistani immigrant Muhammed Zahid Chaudhry applied as a volunteer for Yakima Police Department’s Police Reserve Volunteers program in March 2001, Special Agent David Hendrix of the FBI’s regional headquarters in Yakima, Washington State asked Zahid to come to his office for an interview, with which Agent Hendrix seemed well satisfied...
"Special Agent Hendrix probably saw what many others have: Zahid Chaudhry is a warm, kind and generous man, with a ready, sweet smile who spends much of his life in service to others; his wife, Ann Chaudhry, is a strong, competent, and loyal woman who shares her husband’s love of people.
Mohammad Zahid Chaudhry
Since the 2001 Big Lie, a well-orchestrated hostility and prejudice campaign directed toward Muslims has been conducted. Mr. Chaudhry's brutal, decade-long persecution by the US government detailed in Campbell's article, "For Your Projection: The US Government's Long Jihad Against a Decorated Disabled Muslim Veteran" includes many tactics applied in homes and communities on hundreds of thousands of other Targeted Individuals to break them down and ruin their lives. (See: http://www.allvoices.com/
Campbell highlights Muslim persecution with the following:
- Unjust, undeclared US wars against the Muslim nations of Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan, based on the US government's questionable official conspiracy theory blaming nineteen Muslim airline hijackers and CIA asset Osama bin Laden for 9/11;
- 9/11-rationalized torture and solitary confinement of Muslim prisoners at Guantanamo Bay and Bagram military bases in Cuba and Afghanistan plus Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, in black sites worldwide operated by the CIA, and throughout the US prison-industrial complex;
- Forced feeding Muslim prisoners during day-time Ramadan holiday fasts at these prison sites, constituting torture, and violation of these prisoners' freedom of religion, being therefore a double crime against humanity.
- Numerous US arrests and detainment of Muslims as possible terrorists by local and federal law enforcement officials proving groundless;
- Constant hate speech against Muslims in right-wing media and extremist groups;
- Unjust solitary confinement of and charges -- later dismissed -- brought against Muslim US Army Chaplain James Yee for protesting the torture of Muslim prisoners at Guantanamo;
- Constant harassment in the military endured by Muslim US Army psychiatrist Nidal Malik Hasan, who became the Fort Hood shooter;
- Manipulated outcry against the so-called "9/11 Mosque" to be built near the former site of New York's World Trade Center plus threatened burning of the Koran at a Pentecostal church in Gainesville, Florida on September 11, 2010. The burning of the Koran was finally abandoned after the “9/11 mosque’s” New York developers offered to move the site of the mosque further from the former site of the World Trade Center - both events just before the 9/11 terrorist attack ninth anniversary.
Multi-stalked, stolen mail, phone harassment, sleep deprivation, missing time
About the time of an interview with the FBI, Mr. and Mrs. Chaudhry noticed cars parked outside their house; being followed - as were their friends; their mail disappearing; and losing sleep over intrusive middle-of-nigh phone calls.
The Chaudhrys began receiving phone phone calls between midnight and 4 a.m. from a military intelligence officer thought to be based at Fort Lewis, Washington State.
"These disturbing calls seemed to be intended to incite or entrap Zahid and/or Ann and continued for a year or more," wrote Campbell.
Once, after a long night volunteering for Yakima Fire Department at a fire scene, Mr. Chaudry was phoned at 3 a.m. by Officer Munoz asking when he was coming to give his plans to them according to Campbell.
Returning from Vancouver early 2003, the Chaudhrys were detained by US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) in Blaine, WA after which they were ordered to the station for a "secondary inspection." The CBP officers asked Zahid for his identification cards/papers and wallet. He peacefully obliged.
After examining Mr. Chaudry's military ID, an agent yelled at his wife to move to the other side of the room. She did. Then, seven to eight CBP agents encircled Zahid; threw him face down to the ground; handcuffed his hands behind his back and explained doing it for his "own protection." The officer then strip-searched him and subjected him to 4-5 hours of "intense interrogation."
When
Mrs. Chaudhry, in the waiting room, finally asked what was happening, an agent yelled, "Someone will take care of you after awhile.” It would be several long hours later before she would see her husband again, handcuffed in the hallway. As she was going to the counter to speak to the female agent, two male agents appeared on either side of the female agent. When Mrs. Chaudry asked them to step back so could speak privately to the female agent, they did so reluctantly, as if she was dangerous - a typical perpetrator performance in the targeting of peace-loving harmless victims.
Mrs. Chaudry then told the female agent about her extremely heavy menstrual period and needing to immediately change her pads. The female agent said they had no public restrooms. Finally, Mrs. Chaudry then spoke out about her and her husband's abusive treatment and when told it was routine, she asserted she knew otherwise. She'd been there hours seeing their treatment was definitely not “routine” nor were the K9 search dogs taken outside to their car -- the only one in the lot besides CBP vehicles, according to Campbell.
The agents then took Mr. Chaudhry to another interrogation room for several hours, his wife still needing a restroom to change her overflowing menstrual pads. Finally, when one male agent told her she could use the restroom, others yelled she needed an escort. "Two women agents then appeared and demanded to search Ann’s purse, which Ann reported they handled as if it were poison," all in the performance to humiliate. They then escorted her to the restroom, "standing as sentinels on either side of her toilet stall."
After their abuse, upon returning to their car, the Chaudhrys found it ransacked, dog hair all over, and "in complete upheaval," very similar to how thousands of Targeted individuals have described what they find at home when returning from an outing - part of the treatment: "food only partially opened and carefully packed for the trip home was now ripped completely open with dog hairs in it, and what papers had not been taken inside were strewn all over the car. "...their sea shell collection, that they had lovingly and carefully collected and painstakingly stored so it would not get shattered during the trip, had been deliberately pulverized."
Physical assault, amnesia, hidden
In spring 2004, Mr. Chaudhry’s unit was ordered to deploy to Iraq during the night. He has no memory of that night. He does remember awakening the next day on a cot in a dilapidated barracks - permanently paralyzed waist down. He had a broken back and amnesia.
Zahid was kept in Med Hold out of public eye sight many months - not at the military hospital, or any medical facility, but at the older World War II-era barracks.
"
In a federal document obtained by Freedom of Information Act four years later, the Chaudhrys found notes from one of Hastings' aides to a USCIS agent, asking if they should keep telling the Chaudhrys the lie that Zahid was still in the "name check loop."
Persecution of Mr. and Mrs. Chaudry, as that of the some 350,000 other Targeted Individuals in the U.S., is brought to them by the "911 Big Lie" that created fear and apathy, or by the Century of Self that created "right attitude" and "peace of mind" as Chris Hedges pronounced Thursday at the White House fence. Citizens that have fallen for such dictates of their lives are "agents of injustice." It is the agents of injustice who perpetuate sub-human atrocities on "war on terror" victims, an ever-expanding cohort of innocent people, "the greatest people" as internationally noted PI, Bill Taylor has asserted.
To help Mr. and Mrs Chaudry and other targets takes the kind of discomfort and courage Hedges calls for, the kind of action 500 other national heroes displayed at the White House December 16, 2010, the kind of compassion that, combined with courageous action, brings hope and positive change to what otherwise continues to be a darkening planet.

Jeff Rense has a dear friend and prior regular show guest that lives in Yakama. I forget the name, but surely there are a few influential people in that neck of the woods who could 'make life very difficult' for the military to continue their charade against him.
Every war has been totally bogus in my mind, and I sure wouldn't serve on the front lines after watching some of my best friends leave for VietNam. Only one in 5 ever returned, for what? One of them was a POW, and I spent nearly 8 years consoling the family who wanted to take me in...
Sorry, I didn't mention that to make you feel worse! Thanks for your heroism, dedication, and service to humanity, Mohammad!
