Monday, September 23: Mudra Yoga Studio offers the first of two Flood Relief Donation All Levels Flow Classes this evening with Heather Lindemann. If you registered to attend the now cancelled Yoga Journal Conference in Estes Park, attend classes this week at The River Power Vinyasa Yoga for a donation to the Salvation Army Intermountain Division. Or take your donations, including needed items for flood victims, to Prana Yoga and Ayurveda Mandala.
Tuesday, September 24: Let go of summer and any negative emotions in Michelle Voeller’s workshop this evening at Harmony Yoga. Voeller guides you through Baba Hari Dass’ “Forgiveness Asana Series.” Don’t forget your journal.
Wednesday, September 25: Helgrid Randolph is available for Ayurveda consultations this and every fourth Friday morning at Prana Yoga and Ayurveda Mandala.
Check out “Yoga in the Streets” presented by Kaiser Permanente. This event, part of LiveWell at Work Month, begins at 11:30 at 16th and Glenarm. The first 50 participants take home a free yoga mat.
Begin a Fall Ayurvedic Cleanse this evening at Vital Yoga Highlands. Join in the second of the Flood Relief Donation All Levels Flow Classes at Mudra Yoga Studio, this one with Cole Schlam. Or try this evening’s partner yoga workshop with Kayla McGowan at the Jewish Community Center.
Thursday, September 26: Jason Scholder, inventor of the Three Minute Egg, leads a workshop at the Iyengar Yoga Center of Denver this afternoon highlighting his ergonomic yoga block.
Friday, September 27: The Iyengar Yoga Center of Denver hosts Swati Chanchani for a weekend of practice sessions. Swati is a direct disciple of B.K.S. Iyengar and is the co-founder the Yog-Ganga Centre in India. Swati’s practice sessions begin this evening and continue through Sunday morning.
Saturday, September 28: Explore back bending this afternoon at Mudra Yoga Studio with Peret Martellini. Hula hoop at Shanti Home in Olde Town Arvada in a special class for kids and adults. If you’re new to yoga, start with Foundations – a Beginner’s Series at Vital Yoga. Sign up for this three week series with a friend for a discount.
