Friday, October 18: The River Power Vinyasa celebrates their first anniversary with a weekend of workshops. This evening’s festivities begins with Blindfolded Yoga: An Exploration of the Senses with Danielle Barbeau Cook. Following a simple vinyasa practice participants are blindfolded for the rest of the class. Some yoga experience is recommended. This donation-based class benefits Off the Mat, Into the World. Refreshments follow the class in celebration of the studio anniversary.
