Tuesday, November 5: Harmony Yoga owner Michelle Voeller presents a Pre-Holiday Restorative Series. Join her three Tuesday evenings for restorative yoga, meditation, Aromatherapy and yoga nidra.
Samadhi Center for Yoga & Meditation hosts the Seeds of Loving Kindness North American Tour tonight. Join spiritual teachers Ganganath and Tara Leela at this free event as they share the “Secrets of the Siddhas.” This event is being held off-site, so contact the studio for the location.
Wednesday, November 6: Renay Oshop brings her Jyotisha-Vedic Readings to Prana Yoga and Ayurveda Mandala today and the first Wednesday of each month.
Thursday, November 7: Take your yoga practice off of your mat and on to a stand up paddle board. The Denver Paddle Company’s Kristen Fenton offers stand up paddle board (SUP) Yoga at Littleton’s Liley Gulch Recreation Center indoor pool every Tuesday and Thursday morning. Fenton also teaches SUP Yoga in Greenwood Village on Monday mornings.

Dev Darhsan presents a mantra meditation and sound healing with the gong this evening at Karma Yoga Center.

Saturday, November 9: Join Dr. Kamala Easton again today at Harmony Yoga for an afternoon of lecture, breathwork and root chakra yoga in her Goddess Workshop: Durga Warrior Goddess of Protection. Easton continues this evening with a group intuitive reading, and is available for individual readings throughout the weekend.
