This week’s yoga events, workshops and special classes are calling you to go deeper: deeper into your meditation, chanting and yoga practices as well as your own self discovery.
Tuesday, April 1: One of Denver’s best yoga deals: join Whole Yoga Founder Karyn Karlson for her regularly scheduled 1-3/4 hour All Levels class, and stay after the yoga class for an hour of meditation, all for less than $20.
Wednesday, April 2: Amp up your yoga workout with a regularly scheduled Yoga Cross class at The River. Half functional fitness training and half Power Yoga, Yoga Cross classes are offered at 6 a.m. on Wednesdays (and Mondays). Check The River’s schedule for other class times.

Friday, April 4: Karma Yoga Center hosts a heart-centered weekend immersion with Atma Yoga Founder Saul David Raye. Saul combines yoga, bhakti and shamanic teachings for Heart Medicine: Living with Deep Courage & Great Love in Challenging Times. The weekend events begin this afternoon with a teachers’ immersion, followed by an all-levels yoga, chanting and deep meditation workshop tonight.
