Tuesday, March 4: The Prana store in Cherry Creek offers a free Power Vinyasa Flow class on Tuesday evenings. Weekly Beginners and Restorative yoga classes are also offered.
Wednesday, March 5: Experience Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of love and devotion, through puja and chanting in this evening’s workshop at Samadhi Center for Yoga & Meditation. Teachers Beth Gurupriya Sanchez and Sara Mesmer will also teach you about the major Hindu deities in this workshop.

Thursday, March 6: Jason Coviello offers a 3-week Sound Healing Yoga Journey at Harmony Yoga. He’ll lead a slow flow yoga practice and then play the Tibetan Singing Bowls and Hang drum during savasana.
Santa Fe-based yoga teacher, massage therapist and longtime student of Buddhist practice Tias Little begins his weekend of Denver Workshops with The Sacrum Skull Polarity, an evening Master Class at Samadhi Center for Yoga & Meditation. Tias continues his Denver Workshops with Master Classes on Friday focusing on twists, the rotator cuff and yoga for the face. His Saturday and Sunday workshop, The Architecture of Asana, includes sessions on The Foundation, The Walls, The Center Column and The Roof. The Friday through Sunday classes are held at Highlands Masonic Temple in Northwest Denver.

For those of you to the north, a new season of Friday Night Yoga Club begins in Boulder tonight with Rob Loud and Mr. Gettdowne.

Want more fun in your yoga practice? Try Jordan New’s Urban Flow workshop this afternoon at Breathe Yoga Cycle on Broadway. You’ll start with yoga and then learn basic breakdance moves including up-rock, go-downs, freezes, footwork, and power moves. Pants are recommended for this all-levels practice.
