Thursday, March 20: If you missed him on Monday night or want a second session, Christian De La Huerta provides another Soulful Breathwork session tonight at Kindness Yoga, this time at the Cherry Creek studio. Let go of old, limiting beliefs with this conscious breath practice.
Longtime meditation practitioner and teacher Barry Gillespie continues his series, The Ten Paramis—a Map to Enlightenment, at Asana Studio. You’ll meditate, listen to a dharma talk and participate in discussion at tonight’s gathering, with the focus on renunciation and wisdom.
The Yoga Mat presents their monthly Yoga + Wine event at Infinite Monkey Winery tonight. Join them for an hour of yoga, then move to the Wine Lab for the glass of wine that’s included with your ticket. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat.

Celebrate the arrival of spring with Tana Pittman’s Kundalini Yoga kriya for rejuvenation and gong bath at Yama Yoga Village. Or start your meditation practice with Heather Kokx at Littleton Yoga Center.
Learn about the Hindu goddesses and how they relate to the stages of a woman’s life at Caitlin McWilliams’ workshop this afternoon at The Mama’hood. After the lecture, stay for a 1-1/2 hour vinyasa flow class, unless you’re more than 7 months pregnant or less than 6 months post-partum. The Mama’hood offers regularly scheduled prenatal, Baby & Me and Toddle & Me classes as well.

Or “flow and glow” with Jackie Salzillo’s Yoga in the Dark this evening at Asana Studio in Golden. Wear white or neon clothing to this blacklight only practice. Glow sticks are provided.
There are two great opportunities for sound healing tonight: Chris Anne and Jason Coviello play the Tibetan singing bowls and Hang drum at Harmony Yoga. Gary Fishman plays the Tibetan singing bowls, didgeridoos and gongs at The new Freyja Project. Both of these events will sell out, so be sure to sign up early.
Sunday, March 23: Whether you’re an seasoned meditator or are new to the practice, the labyrinth can add a new dimension. Join Maureen Supple this afternoon at Kosha Yoga Center in Littleton, and next Sunday at a local labyrinth to experience this meditation in movement. Or, if you’re an advanced student or yoga instructor, backbend with YogaWorks certified teacher Lauren Duker at Asana Studio.
