Friday, June 27: Join Lakshmi Nair this afternoon for Beginning Sanskrit at Karma Yoga Center’s Universal School of Spiritual Studies. In this four week session, you’ll learn the structure of Sanskrit as well as Sanskrit vocabulary and mantra pronunciation.
A weekend of workshops with YogaWorks SeniorTeacher Joan Hyman begins this evening at Kindness Yoga Hilltop. Join her for an All-Levels Vinyasa Master Class, with a focus on hips and hamstrings, immediately followed by a free pranayama and meditation session.
Root Yoga Center offers Yoga on the River tonight alongside the South Platte River at 1550 Platte Street. Cheryl Deer and Shelley Coughlin lead the yoga practice, accompanied by live music from Dalco.
Saturday, June 28: Kosha Yoga offers Yoga in the Park at Geneva Park this and every Saturday through August. Bring your little ones as The Kids Yoga Guide is there to provide yoga for kids ages 4 – 10. A $10 donation per participant is suggested.
