Join Brad Hay this weekend at Samadhi Center for Yoga & Meditation for The Alchemy of the Yogic Arts. Brad is an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, a yoga teacher in Rod Stryker’s ParaYoga lineage and the founder of Shiva Yoga Studio in Crested Butte. This training consists of pranayama, asana and meditation sessions, as well as lectures and discussions on yoga and ayurveda philosophy and practice.
