Denver yoga calendar, week of July 28, 2014

Tuesday, July 29: Let go of stress at the Tibetan Singing Bowls Summertime Concert this evening at Denver Botanic Gardens. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket. Stay after the concert to enjoy the gardens and the Chihuly exhibit, included in the ticket price.

Another round of four-week classes begins at Karma Yoga Center’s Universal School of Spiritual Studies. Join Michael Schenkelberg for Mayan and Yoga Philosophy, comparing and contrasting these traditions.
