Monday, January 6: Have you purchased your Denver Chant Fest tickets yet? Buy your tickets today for this Valentine’s weekend festival, Rusty Well’s post festival yoga workshop, and/or Dave Stringer’s post festival Kirtan Flight School.

Tuesday, January 7: Im’Unique is back with a 4 week series at the Denver Zoo. The first of these free classes begins tonight at 6 p.m., but be sure to arrive at least a half hour early to get your space.

Mary Maynard also begins a 4 week series tonight. Her Healing Wisdom Circle, including restorative yoga, breathwork, guided imagery, meditation, begins tonight at Asana Studio.

Wednesday, January 8: If you’re a new mom, check out Brooke Lewis’ lunchtime Mom & Baby Yoga series at Harmony Yoga.

Ready to rejuvenate? Join Kate Coleman for Rejuvenation Sensation at Samadhi Center for Yoga & Meditation. Over 3 Wednesday evenings, Kate guides you through a detoxifying, whole foods cleanse. The program also includes meal plans, recipes, and a 30-minute personal consultation.

The River begins Transformation 2014: 40 Days to Personal Revolution with Katy Rowe. This second annual program includes 40 days of unlimited yoga, a weekly Wednesday night gathering, and a copy of Barron Baptiste’s book, 40 Days to Personal Revolution, for each participant. Your commitment to the program is 5-7 days of yoga each week, either at The River or at home, a daily meditation practice and participation in a 3 day cleanse.

Thursday, January 9: The Denver Yoga Co-op presents Spark the Fire, a 3-month transformative course with world renown speakers and personalized yoga and nutrition coaching.

Friday, January 10: Friday Night Yoga Club rocks Vital Yoga tonight. Lil Sum’n Sum’n provides the rhythms and Vital owners Desi and Micah Springer guide the yoga practice. 10% of proceeds from tonight’s event go to The Chanda Plan Foundation, providing integrative therapies to persons with physical disabilities.

Ready to begin a personal practice? Explore yoga, ayurveda, meditations and mantras with Alya Howe and Lance Roehrig at their weekend workshop at Kindness Yoga Hilltop. The Art of Developing a Personal Yoga Practice begins this evening and continues through Sunday.

Learn about the meaning of the stones, Chakra energy and basic mantra meditation while creating your own Chakra mala at Sarita Shrestha’s workshop this evening at Samadhi Center for Yoga & Meditation. Beads and materials are provided.
