Wednesday, January 30: What are you waiting for? Buy your Denver Chant Fest ticket today.
Friday, February 1: If yoga with Shannon Paige, Tracey Lanham and Juli Rathke isn’t enough to get you to this week’s Friday Night Yoga Club, how about a kirtan with David Newman (Durga Das) following the yoga class? This evening at the Temple Event Center is sure to leave you feeling blissful.
Asana Studio in Olde Town Arvada offers an alternative tonight with their monthly Qi Gong and Sacred Dance event. Additionally, Samadhi Center for Yoga’s weekend workshop, “Principle-Based Partner Yoga,” with California-based yoga teacher and author Elysabeth Williamson begins tonight. While there’s no need to bring a partner to participate, you should be a yoga teacher or serious yoga student to attend.
Saturday, February 2: There are several great workshop options this afternoon. Keep the Kundalini yoga vibe going by joining Siri Karam Earthtree for powerful kriyas and deep meditation to “clear out old energy to make way for the new!” at Karma Yoga Center. Learn about the biomechanics of the pelvis and sacro-iliac joint by joining Kevin Durkin at the Iyengar Yoga Center for his Pelvic Balancing Sequence. Learn “How to do Meditation and Self-Healing like a Yogi” with Yogi Dev at Asana Studio in Olde Town Arvada. Or take the “Yoga for Cyclists” workshop at Breathe.
Sunday, February 3: Check out the free all-levels yoga class every Sunday morning at Lululemon in Cherry Creek.
