Tuesday, January 21: Im’Unique’s Illustrating Union Yoga Tour continues with another free evening yoga class at the Denver Zoo. Arrive early for this beginner friendly, ages 8+ class.
Wednesday, January 22: Join the AcroYoga Jam at Awaken Gymnastics in the Santa Fe Arts District this and every Wednesday night. $5 will get you in.
Thursday, January 23: Chant n’ Chill with Lisa Schlelein this and every Thursday night at Karma Yoga Center. Lisa teaches a mantra or chant followed by a gentle yoga practice, breathwork and Japa mantra, and ends each class with meditation.
Friday, January 24: LoDo’s Qi Yoga hosts this week’s Friday Night Yoga Club event. Kylie Larson and Dawnelle Arthur lead the 75-minute yoga class, accompanied by live music from Billy Love. The previous three events this season sold out, so be sure to get your tickets early for this one.

Suitable for practitioners of all levels and from all yoga styles, Rama’s workshop will move you beyond structural techniques and integrated breath into a place of creative, intuitive spirit. Prana Yoga and Ayurveda Mandala presents, and Asana Studio hosts, this weekend workshop.

JenStar And Her Aura alternates Manifest + Sound with her The Wild Within class on Saturday evenings at Karma Yoga Center.
Breathe Yoga Cycle offers An Introduction to Yogic and Japanese Buddhist Meditation this and two more Saturday evenings at their Highland location. Instructor Melanie Pawlyszyn guides you through yogic and Buddist meditation techniques, including that of the Soto Zen tradition. Bring a cushion to sit on. Sunday, January 26: Lululemon in Cherry Creek offers Run, Yoga, Breathe, Laugh every Sunday. The all-levels 5k begins at 8 a.m., followed by an all-levels yoga class.
