This training is open to yoga teachers, therapists and those personally struggling with food and body image issues.

The Iyengar Yoga Center of Denver presents Sacred Sounds Gong Bath Healing with Richard Rudis. The evening begins with a Deeksha Oneness Blessing with Kila Lau, followed by the 90 minutes gong bath, centered around the 6th chakra. Bring a blanket and a mat.

Or you might already be registered for the 14-day Gentle Detox & Empowerment Program at Karma Yoga Center, led by Kundalini Yoga Teacher Dev Darshan and Nutritional Therapist Justine Roth.
