Friday, January 3: Another season of Friday Night Yoga Club begins! Kindness Yoga Hilltop hosts this opening night event, featuring yoga led by Kindness Yoga owner Patrick Harrington. Ryan Hader provides the live music. 10% of net profits from ticket sales benefit Colorado Adaptive Yoga.

Saturday, January 4: Celebrate the New Year with 108 Sun Salutations. Teachers at The Yoga Mat guide this practice beginning at 2 p.m. Register early as space is limited.
