Tuesday, December 3: Join Michelle Voeller at Harmony Yoga for a quiet practice of moon salutes, hip openers and guided meditation on this final New Moon of the year.
Wednesday, December 4: As with every first Wednesday of the month, Renay Oshop provides Jyotisha-Vedic Readings at Prana Yoga and Ayurveda Mandala today.
Thursday, December 5: Do you know a Spanish speaker who is interested in taking yoga classes? The Denver Yoga Co-Op offers three weekly yoga classes, “Alas de Yoga,” in Spanish. Take class today at 5:30, or on Mondays and Fridays at 10 a.m.
Friday, December 6: Enjoy a live music Yin Yoga class this evening at Yama Yoga Village. Or devote your weekend to experiencing Yoga Nidra and learning its techniques. Jeremy Wolf offers this training through Sunday evening at Samadhi Center for Yoga & Meditation.
ONE Yoga in the Denver Tech Center hosts New York Times bestselling author GW Hardin for a series of lectures delving into the intersection of scientific and celestial knowledge. His lecture tonight, “Revealing the Pranic Gateways,” is free. Tomorrow’s lectures cover “Entering Other Worlds” and “How to Use Gateways.”

Or, as we moving into evening, experience Thai Massage and Therapeutic Flying at Jen Cameron and Tanya Hill’s Thai & Fly Workshop at Awaken Gymnastics.
Outlaw Yoga presents a holiday yoga practice and party tonight at Kindness Yoga’s Hilltop location. Outlaw Yoga founder Justin Kaliszweski provides the yoga, and his father, Ken K, provides the live music. There’s also food and a white elephant gift exchange.
Sunday, December 8: Start your day with a free Vinyasa class at Kindness Yoga Hilltop with Patrick Harrington. The class will be filmed so register early for this one and be sure to comb your hair.
