Monday, August 11: Enjoy a Kundalini yoga class with Chris Anne Coviello at the beautiful Denver Botanic Gardens, this and every Monday evening. Each class includes a series of transformative postures along with chanting and meditation. This all-levels class is only $8 for garden members.

Or join Roni and Kristin at Littleton Yoga Center for a self-healing inner journey through gentle yoga, QiGong and Yoga Nidra.
Friday, August 15: Chant and dance with longtime Kirtan leader Tom Fuhrmann tonight at the Maha Kirtan at Mile Hi Church. Arrive by 6:30 for a Oneness Blessing, and bring your own back jack and pillows.
Samadhi Center for Yoga & Meditation hosts Ivy Kazt, RYT, MA, NCC for Street Yoga Teacher Training – Trauma-Informed Yoga for Youth this weekend. This 14-hour training is not limited to yoga teachers, but applicants should have at least 20 hours of yoga practice experience.
The Iyengar Yoga Center of Denver presents an All Levels Iyengar Immersion weekend with Advanced Senior Iyengar Teacher Manouso Manos. Participants are asked to register for the entire workshop. One year Iyengar Yoga experience recommended.
Saturday, August 16: CorePower Yoga presents the last Yoga on the Rocks for the year. Join 1,600 other yoga practitioners to greet the sun and practice Power Yoga this morning at Red Rocks Amplitheatre. Tickets are only available online for this all levels event. Don’t forget to bring your mat, water and sunscreen.
Join other Denver yoga practitioners as well as yogis in over 40 other cities around the world in moving through 108 Sun Salutations to support Care for Children, “a program dedicated to providing free education to rural youth in India.” The 3rd annual Rise for a Cause Yogathon takes place this morning at Denver’s Sunken Gardens Park. Spend your afternoon with yoga teacher Indigo Stray Conger and Sound Healer Ann Martin for Restorative Yoga and Sound Meditation at Littleton Yoga Center. Rest in a series of supported poses designed to open the chakras. In each of the poses, Ann plays the singing bowls corresponding to the chakra.
