Thursday, April 17: Dive into the classical Theravada Buddhist teaching of the ten paramis with longtime meditation practitioner and teacher Barry Gillespie. The paramis are character aspects that, together, outline the path to enlightenment. Join the sangha tonight at Asana Studio to hear a dharma talk and meditate on truthfulness and resolve.
Sherif Sakr and Colleen Broderick talk about yoga mythology at tonight’s ONE Yoga Thursday Night Lecture. Practice the poses while learning the stories behind them. Some yoga experience recommended.
