Thursday, September 5: Samadhi Center for Yoga and Meditation hosts a weekend with Tias Little. Little’s Anatomy of the Subtle Body: Bandhas workshop begins today and continues through Sunday. Kindness Yoga and Colorado Yoga Events present Flamenco Flow featuring Incedio this evening at Kindness Yoga’s Hilltop location. Kindness owners Patrick Harrington and Cameron Dabney lead this vinyasa practice accompanied by Spanish guitar quartet Incedio. Wine and snacks follow the practice.
Saturday, September 7: Join Chris Anne and Jason Coviello for an End of Summer Sound Healing Concert at Harmony Yoga. Experience singing bowls and the hang drum. The Coviellos perform sold-out shows at the Denver Botanic Gardens, so register early for your space at this smaller venue.
