Tuesday, July 1: Kids Summer Yoga Camp, the Jungle Animals edition, begins this afternoon and continues through Thursday at Littleton Yoga Center. This camp for the little ones ages 4 -11 includes yoga, meditation, games, crafts, stories and more.

Thursday, July 3: Wanderlust Aspen-Snowmass begins this morning and continues through Sunday. Wanderlust features teachers from all over Colorado, including Denver favorites Christen Bakken, Lindsay Gonzalez and Justin Kaliszewski. Denver Queer and Trans Yoga presents Confidence & Purpose, a half day retreat at the Power of Om with Sarah Lyons and Brooklyn Queer and Trans Yoga teacher Jacoby Ballard. Explore the guilt, shame and fears that have been pushed aside and ground in purpose to find confidence. The retreat includes yoga, meditation and conscious communication.
