Tuesday, December 24: Start off your holiday with Breathe Yoga Cycle’s Christmas Eve Flow & Restore at noon in the Highlands. Breathe Founder Sarah Russell leads this 90-minute yoga class, accompanied by live music from Gary Fishman and Chip.
Join Kindness Yoga’s Lead Teacher Trainer Ellen Kaye for a special late afternoon benefit class at Kindness’ Hilltop location. Ellen is joined by drummer and dancer Koffi Toudji for Breathe, Rhythm, Give Back! Koffi teaches at, and performs with, Cleo Parker Robinson Dance. All proceeds from this class benefit his Koffi Togo Cultural Center in West Africa.

Wednesday, December 25: Several studios offer Christmas morning classes. Join Mark Perna for his regularly scheduled Root Intergrative Vinyasa 2/3 class at Root Yoga Center. Check out Warrior Academy’s Annual Christmas class at the same time. 100% of this year’s class proceeds go to/benefits Safehouse Denver, serving victims of domestic violence and their children. Or try an uplifting class with Amanda Lindemann and Ian Maxwell at Vital Yoga in the Highlands, to benefit the Chanda Plan.
Noontime brings the only class that Kindness Yoga class offers today: Outlaw Yoga class with Megan Zamora at the Broadway location. Join Nadja Tizer for her Christmas Karma Yoga class at Harmony Yoga. Nadja’s class supports Urban Peak, a shelter for Denver teens.
