Denver snowstorm creates cheap tickets for Nutcracker Dec. 22

Colorado Ballet is offering $11 tickets for The Nutcracker for tonight's performance only, due to today's storm that blanketed the Denver area with fresh snow.

Tickets must be purchased in person at the box office, so get there early. The show starts at 6:30 at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House. The box office is at the Denver Center for Performing Arts at 14th & Curtis Sts.

You can call 303-339-1637 or 303-837-8888 ext. 2 with questions, but the lines likely will be busy.
