Denver’s Wednesday to be cool, mostly cloudy

The Mile High City will continue to struggle to see any sort of meaningful warm up on Wednesday. Temperatures will remain cool with a good bit of cloud cover above.

Look for high temperatures today to top out in the mid to upper 30s here in town. Initially we will see some blue sky when the sun comes up but clouds will be increasing this afternoon and evening.

On the eastern plains, temperatures will be in the mid-30s and mostly cloudy as well.

Up in the high country, high temperatures will be in the upper 20s to low 30s. Some light snow will be possible later today, particularly in the central mountain areas.

Over the longer term, seasonal temperatures in the mid-40s are expected in Denver on Thursday and Friday. It appears Saturday will end up being the warmest day of the week with temperatures near 50. Sunday brings cooler temperatures and a chance for snow in town.
