Denver’s Wednesday starts chilly but sunny skies, comfortable temps will win out

The Mile High City’s quick shot of snow was already pretty much gone by the end of the day and any leftovers will quickly melt today. The latter half of the workweek will feature warming temperatures and dry conditions.

Yesterday’s cold air lingered overnight and coupled with the clear skies has led to a chilly morning. Once the sun comes up though we will warm quickly.

High temperatures Wednesday will be right near, perhaps a bit above, the 50 degree mark. Sunny skies will be above and winds will be light.

Thursday is going to continue the warm-up with plenty of sun again on tap. Highs tomorrow will be near 60 degrees.

Denver closes out the workweek with a seasonal day on Friday. Temperatures will top out in the mid-50s with mostly sunny skies.

Looking ahead to the weekend, the first half of it looks to be a bit unsettled.

Snow is expected in the mountains Saturday and by the afternoon the Denver area is expected to see some rain. It will be cooler in town with highs in the upper 40s / lower 50s.

Sunday bounces right back with dry conditions and highs in the mid-50s.'
