Friday, October 18, 4-4:30 p.m. -- Zoom Room Longmont Orientation
Orientation is a prerequisite for attending any other classes, play sessions or other activities at Zoom Room Longmont. This quick seminar will provide you with an introduction to the facility, policies, the basics of using a clicker and more. Saturday, October 19, 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m., Paws in the Park Dog Walk
Don't miss this fun-filled event at deKoevend Park in Centennial benefitting Every Creature Counts. Paws in the Park includes a Creature Crawl Canine Costume Contest, dog walk along the Highline Canal and silent auction. Entry is $25 and includes a free T-shirt. Saturday, October 19, 6-8 p.m. -- Boston Boo Halloween Party
All breeds are welcome at this Halloween party to benefit MidAmerica Boston Terrier Rescue. Tickets are $5 each (cash or check only), and the dog-friendly evening will include off-leash playtime, costumes (not required, but encouraged), drinks, music, baked goods and raffles. The fundraiser will be held at For the Love of Dog doggie daycare in Glendale.

Rocky Mountain DockDogs (RMDD) is hosting a practice for people with experienced dock diving dogs and those new to the sport. The practice is held at Canine Rehabilitation and Conditioning Group in Broomfield. RMDD is also looking for volunteers to help run the practice.
