Gather, An Intimate Supper, is a quarterly dinner held at Denver Botanic Gardens in partnership with a celebrated local chef, to showcase his or her culinary acumen by developing a special menu and experience for attendees. The next event will be held Monday, November 18, at the York Street location of the Denver Botanic Gardens, and will feature the cuisine (and company) of Dana Rodriguez, former executive chef of Bistro Vendôme, who is set open Work & Class in the RiNo neighborhood this winter. The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and runs until about 9 p.m.
Past Gather pop-up dinners have featured Top Chef Hosea Rosenberg, Fruition’s Alex Seidel, Panzano’s Elise Wiggins, Bittersweet's Olav Petersen and Root Down/Linger's Daniel Asher. Each exclusive event is limited to 75 attendees, served at a long family-style table in Denver Botanic Garden’s Orangery, features four courses of seasonally-inspired cuisine, and is BYOB.
The Gather dinners are quick to sell out so be sure to make your plans now!
