Denver books 101: Fahrenheit's Books

Denver Books Examiner
Fahrenheit’s, which has had three locations in the same approximate stretch of Broadway over the past fourteen years, is my favourite used bookstore in Denver. I’ve always been impressed with their variety of selection, which indicates a shrewd buyer’s eye. Says co-owner, Jennifer Goetz: “I love our bookstore, I love to walk around and see all the amazing titles and imagine someone's reaction to reading a life changing passage for the first time. Fahrenheit's is my first baby, and our regular customers share that intensity and passion and make it all worth it. Our regulars, who have stuck with us for years, make me so happy, I really feel like we are having exchanges that contribute to the greater good of the world. You can't get that at a huge box store, no one will remember what you bought last time and recommend something similar. We sell a very specialized product, and that's what our customers come for.”
