Denim shirts are everywhere this season. Get in touch with your past. Or if your younger, get into retro. Don't have the money for a denim shirt? Simple and easy. Goodwill. I was there the other day and they had tons. Great traditional denim shirts, at a fraction of the cost. Less than $7.00. Get creative, look in the Ladies, Mens, and even Children's section. Clothes are organized by color, not size, so you will have to do some digging. So go retro and go Goodwill. Keep your eyes open, you never know what you will find. Be creative with your denim shirt, and wear with something other than denim. Wear it with black, pants or a skirt, something tweed or wool on the bottom. Denim can go with something dressy on the bottom, so shop your closet. Already have a denim shirt? Then get over to JoAnne Fabrics or Hancock Fabrics, and shop their button section, and update the buttons. This is great even if your shirt comes from Goodwill. Maybe a pearl or a brass button. Also, remember when purchasing your buttons, if you are going to tuck it in, the last two buttons can just be plain, no one will see them. So get on trend, for cheap, no one has to know how you did it, but enjoy the compliments.
