Democrats are coming out in force with their latest misinformation campaign to swindle Americans into supporting ObamaCare.
It revolves around incessantly mentioning only the least unpopular aspects of the legislation--like no denying coverage for pre-existing conditions--while pretending that this somehow legitimizes creating over 111 new federal bureaucracies and imposing a 2-trillion-dollar government takeover.
It's classic bait and switch. If they wanted to pass such insurance reforms, they could do it without the Constitution-trampling government takeover, without the insane deficit spending and without the crippling tax hikes in the middle of a severe recession.
None of this is necessary to make new insurance rules. It's a smokescreen. Democrats simply want to continue over-regulating free market health care into oblivion to eventually leave nothing standing but government.
And for the record, as I have noted, most of the individual aspects of ObamaCare are also actually opposed by the American people, contrary to everything we are being told. There is a reason they have exempted themselves from their own legislation.

This is treason Constitutional contempt, Degradation of duty of the Oath of office, Suit them out Use Sanctum Mcgallium an U.S. Title 42 usc section 1983. Flood the small claims courts

H.R. 45 couldn't even get a single co-sponsor and both bills were buried in the Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security last year, where they are dying a well-deserved death by neglect.
