As the Democrats leave Washington on their August holiday, many are finding that there have no places to hide from people in their districts who are livid over the Stimulus program, Cap and Trade and what they are trying to do to health care in America.
No matter where they go in their districts, they will be met by angry constituents who want answers to why they and their progeny for generations to come are being burdened by trillions of dollars of debt. Some Democrats are already afraid of holding town meetings because of questioners and protestors, calling them "mobs" when they are not adoring fans. Just the sight of a protest sign throws them into a panic and a call to police to rescue them from voters who are not happy about their tax and spend programs.
The reality of the anger and frustration among Americans is spilling over as voters feel helpless to stop what they see going on in Washington. The arrogance that has been shown by Obama, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Leader Harry Reid, and other Democrats has touched a nerve like a finger on a hot stove and the reactions is just as startling. A recent Rasmussen poll shows that 49% of Americans oppose Health Care Reform and 78% believe it will mean higher taxes.
What may make the protests different in the summer of 2009 is that many constituents have already been attending TEA tax parties and could be as well organized as ACORN in community activity. In many cases, there are thousands who have already gathered together and through the use of the Internet, keep each other informed.
While much of the press and TV media pay little attention to the hundreds of thousands that attended TEA tax protest parties in almost 1500 cities on July 4th, Congressional Democrats may find these folks dogging their heels where ever they go.

The more the Democrats ignore that the majority of Americans are not in favor of what has been done to the country during the six months that Obama has been in office with Democrats controlling both the House and the Senate, the more frustrated that public has become.
The Democrats appear to be like the cheating husband or wife who think the wool is being pulled over a partner's eyes until the process server arrives with their walking papers.

Democratic Senators, Congressmen should be forced to go to Town Hall meetings they are being paid for thier jobs out of taxpayer money. They should be required to be out among the Seniors they plan to exterminate under Obamas health care reform.
