Democratic Party focus versus the ruins yet active

President Obama told members of the Democratic Party to focus on 2014 not 2016 elections. That’s one of the most intelligent statements he ever made, though it falls far short of the right course of action. He needs to change his direction and address the many faux pas made during his presidency: IRS scandal is still raging, $35 billion given to Ukraine to aid their economy when the U.S. is drowning in debt, he rages about healthcare while fraud takes $ billions from agencies like Medicare.

He has committed treason almost countless times: military interventionism in Libya without Congressional approval; rewarded 200 of his fundraisers by giving them federal jobs; ignored constitutional requirements for appointees; lied about letting people keep their health insurance; lied about putting health care negotiations on C-SPAN; Illegally put thousands of guns into hands of criminals; supported release of convicted mass murderer; avoided prosecution of Wall. St criminals; gave tax dollars to AIG executives, then pretended to be outraged about it and over 100 more.

Obama has aided terrorists; put extremists in the White House; NSA continues to spy on Americans; he’s taking away and giving away our land and oceans and jeopardizing US sovereignty.

Just over a week ago the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decided that, back in 2010, a California's Live Oak High School was right to ban American Flag t-shirts on Cinco de Mayo. In essence, the court has legitimized violence by suggesting that threats take precedence over free speech (violating the 1st Amendment).

In summation State Assemblyman Tim Donnelly, R-Twin Peaks, candidate for California Governor said, “When government becomes the greatest threat to the very rights it was formed to protect, that is tyranny,” he said in the statement. “Tyranny is the daily purpose of dictators, and I will not apologize for pointing out that our current president acts more like a dictator than a leader of a free people in a Constitutional Republic.”
