Years ago, newspapers claimed to “speak truth to power.” But the truth they speak is against the righteous, while they fully support and suppress knowledge of the wicked. The United States of the 21st century is a nation that has turned from God, teaches that Jesus is bad or a phony, and embraces all the tenets of socialism, oppression, and dictatorship. America’s Democrat leaders laud nations that have used socialist dictatorships to eradicate opposition and subjugate the populace.
The problem with any Republic is that people are corrupt and the most corrupt will try to snake their way into the public trust and then twist the righteous to their own ends. In taking the vote away from the taxpayer and giving it to the tax parasites, Democrats have converted America from a Republic to a Representative Democracy wherein the mob can elect their leaders to steal from the taxpayer and give to them. Like mobsters, Democrats shake down the successful businessman for his money and line their pockets with it while doling out scraps to their chattel to vote for them again.

In today’s parlance, the Democrats elect to give themselves Welfare/food stamps/Obamaphones and ObamaCare so they can sit at home and live like spoiled rich brats. Like spoiled rich brats, they will eventually squander all that their parents worked for and be left destitute and dying out in the cold.
The only people today who are speaking “truth to power” are the members of the Rightwing media like Rush Limbaugh and FOX News. The Left has been so corrupted that they refuse to hear anything they say and disbelieve it if they do. They listen to liberal media who tell them what to believe and, even if presented with the facts will deny their existence. In their blindness, they call the sighted blind. They condemn Christians and Christ and turn away from God and call themselves godly.
